CANCELLATION & REFUND

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

• ▸Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped. Full refund will be processed.
• ▸After Shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• ▸The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• ▸The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
• ▸You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• ▸Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• ▸Customized or personalized items
• ▸Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• ▸Items without original tags and packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

• ▸Approval: Refund will be processed within 2-3 business days of inspection
• ▸Credit: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• ▸Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange; subsequent exchanges may incur shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return pickup and send you a replacement or process a full refund, including shipping charges.
